Creating a separate profile in GA for SkyGlue data is very straightforward. Follow the instructions below to set it up in 1 minute.
First, add a filter to your main Google Analytics profile to exclude SkyGlue data.
| Add Event Tracking filter:
On your profile’s standard reporting page, click the “Admin” button on the right side of the top orange bar. It brings you to the “profiles” page. Click on “Filters” tab, then click the “+New Filter” button, enter filter name, e.g. “ExcludeSkyGlueEvents”. Select “Custom Filter” and “Exclude” then select “Event Label” for “Filter Field” and enter “SgId::” for “Filter Pattern”. Click “Save”. |

Second, create a separate profile to store the SkyGlue data.

Similarly, On your profile’s standard reporting page, click the Admin button on the right side of the top orange bar. It brings you to the profile page again. Click the “+New Profile” button on the right side. Give a name to the profile, e.g. “Complete Activity Data with SkyGlue“, then click “Create Profile“. If you have existing filters (e.g. filters to exclude traffic from yourself), you should also apply them to this profile by clicking the “+ New Filter” and the choose “Apply existing Filter to Profile“.

Now you have finished creating a separate profile for SkyGlue data.
Note to existing users: If you are using “Page Title” based filter for SkyGlue events, please update to this “Event Label” based filter. We will retire the “Page Title” based filter soon.)(Google Analytics added the event based filters in February 2012)
